The Canterbury Primary Principals’ Association recognises that strong leadership is nurtured not only at the principal level, but also throughout the wider school leadership team. That’s why we proudly support Connecting School Leaders, a network dedicated to empowering middle and senior leaders across Canterbury. Their focus on collaboration, professional growth, and shared expertise complements our own mission of strengthening education through connection and advocacy.

By fostering opportunities for Associate Principals, Deputy Principals, Team Leaders, Syndicate Leaders, and Deans to connect, learn, and grow together, Connecting School Leaders plays a vital role in developing the next generation of educational leaders. We encourage our members to explore their events and initiatives, and to consider how engaging with this community can enrich leadership practice and strengthen outcomes for our schools.
