Leadership – Sandy Hastings

Not so long ago Sandy was our association president… now she is our person on the inside of the Ministry. She works hard to support tumuaki at the coal face while also representing our interests to the Ministry.

This morning “Tips and Tricks” session will give Sandy an opportunity to connect with the sector and share some of the things she has learned. Content will include (but not limited to):

• Accessing support – Who to contact when and for what?
• Dealing with the Media and/or Negative Social Media
• EOTC – keeping everyone safe – how does my school stack up?
• Readings for PLGs and PGCs
• Solutions focused conversations
