At CPPA, we welcome event registrations from both members and non-members.
- Members: Please don’t use this form, instead please log in and book tickets via the event page to ensure your ticket and invoice history is recorded with your account.
- Non-members: You may proceed with the form below.
How to Complete the Form:
- Enter Your Details – Provide your full name, contact information, and any other required details.
- Specify the Event – Clearly state the name of the event you are registering for.
- List All Attendees – Include the full names of all attendees.
- Select the Number of Tickets – Indicate how many tickets you require.
- Dietary Requirements (if applicable) – If the event includes a meal, please list any dietary needs.
