Refund & Cancellation Policy & Terms and Conditions

This policy applies to all paid PLD events organised by the Canterbury Primary Principals Association, where principals or schools register to attend.

Terms and Conditions

• Registrations are considered confirmed upon submission of the booking form. All event terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy below, will apply.

Cancellations & Refunds

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to treasurer@cppa.ac.nz

15 days or more	50% refund
14 days or less	No refund	Substitution permitted
No show	No refund

• Change of mind or any other reason will still follow this refund structure.
• Refunds are not available in the event of non-attendance.

Event Cancellation by Organiser

In the rare case that the Canterbury Primary Principals Association must cancel or reschedule an event:

• A full refund of the registration fee (less stripe/credit card fees) will be offered, or
• You may transfer your registration to a future event of equivalent value

Please note: We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred by attendees.
